Overview This programme aims to provide students to take on leadership roles on construction sites.
Content Graduates will be able to:
- Explain and implement site safety plans
- Communicate orally and in written form
- Exhibit leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of advanced building plans
- Prepare an order list
- Demonstrate knowledge of building regulations

Admission Information Students must be currently employed within the construction industry and hold either:
- A qualification from the following list:
- National Certificate in Carpentry (Level 4) - Trade Certificate in a building or construction trade.
- An equivalent qualification or be able to demonstrate equivalent
knowledge and skills as determined by the Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation (BCITO) or their agent. Applicants for whom English is not their first language require a minimum IELTS score of 5.5.
